Watch out Elijah is coming through
Our son is in the double digits - 10 MONTHS . . .
We can't believe how the time has went by. Elijah is cruising around all our furniture and standing up solo and then plopping down on his bottom. His two top teeth are now coming in. When I tell Eli to give me a kiss he will open up his mouth and take his hands and place them on my face and breath on my mouth. Well last night to my surprise when I asked him for a kiss he bit me with his new fangs:-) No more kisses from Elijah until he learns how to pucker up . . . OUCH!
Elijah's personality continues to shine full of smiles and giggles. He enjoys being out and about (hmm . . . just like his parents:-)! He waves at everyone and giggles with delight if they wave back. He is also into wearing his cool shades that he keeps close by and has even eaten a few dinners with the darn things on . . .dare we try to remove them it's the funniest thing. He also loves balls and loves to roll the ball to us and have us roll it back to him. He also loves Elmo who his Grandpop and Nancy gave him - he can be found hugging Elmo and of course chewing on Elmo's big eyes - Ouch!:-)
Elijah is now enjoying an array of different foods and loves green beans, broccoli, mac and cheese, bananas, oatmeal, squash, sweet potatoes, are to name a few of his favorites.
We have a baby sitter now and went out on a date the other night to the movies. Well when we left the house I thought Elijah would be sad to see us leave . . .NOT! I could have sworn I saw hearts come out of his eyes as he gazed into Heather's eyes! Heather is AWESOME! Elijah had a great time showing her all his cool toys and was tuckered out from all the excitement and fast asleep when we got home.
