Elijah turns 9 Months . . .

Elijah loves riding on Daddy's shoulders.

Elijah turned 9 Months on the 23 Feb. I remember when I was pregnant with Elijah seasoned Mothers told me to cherish every moment because they grow so quickly. In the 9 Months of Elijah's life his growth and development simply amazes us as parents. It seems like yesterday we were bringing him home fumbling through sleepless nights and trying to grasp the deep responsibility of being parents. Life is so different today than 9 Months ago. Our marriage is stronger because of Elijah, Our Love much deeper and selfless. We are more conscious of how we live our lives because it's truly not what you tell a child but it's how you LIVE YOUR LIFE each day! We say daily prayers to our son a family tradition of Faith that will sustain him long pass our own natural lives.

Elijah went to his Healthy Baby Appointment on March 9, 2006 and he is growing up . . .

He weighs 19.8 Pounds - 50% in Weight - 3.8 Pound Gain from his 6 Month Appt.
He is 30.5 Inches - 95% in Height - 2 Inch jump in Height from his 6 Month Appt.
His Head is 18 Inches - and is now in the 50% instead of the 25% at his last appt.

Dr. Shannon said Elijah looks great and is ahead on motor skills and couldn't believe all that chattering. Hmm. . . we know he got that honest - right from his Mommy:-)!! He got his finger pricked to check his iron level and it was good. So we Thank God for a Good Drs. visit!

Hmm . . . what can I get into:-)

He loves pulling out plasticware and playing. Who knew we didn't have to buy toys . . .

Yep, this is Elijah in the morning just waking up. When he gets up in the morning he is all SMILES - standing up in his crib. Now this is what you call a Morning Person:-)

I saved my favorite picture for last. This is Elijah belly laughing. He loves listening to music a few of his favorites are Bingo, This Old Man, and his all time favorite No More Monkeys! Every time Elijah heres this song he holds onto something and starts to bounce up and down and squeals with laughter . . . it's the funniest thing!
