Elijah at Four Months

Elijah had his 4 month Drs. appt. September 22, 2005 and he is a growing little boy . . .

He weighs 14 pounds is almost 28 inches in length - WOW . . . and is in 95% for his height. We simply can't believe how long Eli is. He is now too long for his baby carrier which is a hassle for us because he is just getting good control of his head and isn't able to sit up by himself yet. So now we can't carry him around in the car seat and will have to buy a new car seat which stays in the car and either carry him ourselves or take the stroller.

He has a little cold but despite even having the sniffles our sweet baby boy still has SMILES for everyone. He has the sweetest disposition and can be found drooling and laughing at his new found hands and feet that he loves chewing on. At his appt. today Dr. Lynn asked to hold him while she answered the many questions I always have:-) because he was flirting so much with her giggling and smiling. The more she talked to him the more he was cooing and laughing at her it was priceless . . . where was my camera!!

John and I celebrate three years of marriage this month on the 27th and have been together six years and our cup runneth over with the favor God has shown on our lives . . . I'm simply humbled!
