Christmas Fun in NY . . .

We left the day after Christmas and headed to upstate NY to continue our Christmas Celebrations. Elijah had such a great time with his Grandma and Denny. The bad thing is Mommy didn't take any pictures while at their house but Lori did so stay tuned . . .

We were lucky to see Lori and Patty while in NY. They had dinner with us one night. Of course, Elijah was so excited to see Patty again.

Our next stop was Papa & Nancy's house. As always Pop put on a dinner fit for a King. What a feast! We had such a special day with all our family! Here are a few pictures of us celebrating Plews Style!!!

Papa and Nancy - we had such an awesome time!

Elijah with all his cousins. He had such a wonderful time playing. He stayed up way past his bedtime asking me to repeat all of their names.

Aunt Jackie getting all excited . . . time to open presents. Next Stop . . . Desserts. Nancy had a SPREAD of desserts and boy did I enjoy desserts:-)

Papa and Eli

Eli loves hanging out with his Uncle Rob!!

When we first arrived Elijah was a little scared of Maggie but that lasted all of an hour. Soon after he was requesting that he take pictures with his friend . . . Maggie!!

Last night when we did prayers included in them was Maggie!

Joel and Elijah who became instant friends!

On our way back home we stopped in PA to have a late lunch with Eric, Cheryl and their family. We had a great lunch and it was nice to meet the new addition - their son Reuben - how adorable!

Christmas Day Fun . . .

This year we decided to stay home for Christmas Day with my family in Virginia. Christmas Eve we had a wonderful Italian dinner with our neighbors. We got home put our little guy to bed and rushed to start putting together the train table that santa asked us to put together for Elijah:-)

On Christmas morning when Elijah came down stairs to see the train table he was so excited!! He really wasn't too interested in the other things we got him to the point we had unwrapped gifts left under the tree from santa. The train table was indeed a hit!

We invited our neighbors over for breakfast. Just as the door bell rang I hear John scream to top of his lungs (something was surely the matter). Eli had decided to shave with Daddy's real razor and cut his face. Face wounds always bleed worse than the injury. So after answering the door, running upstairs to access the damage, remembering - dangit I'm cooking, and we do have company downstairs . . . that was the start of our Christmas. We got our little guy calmed down and all cleaned up. With a warm blueberry muffin in hand he was good to go . . . let the Festivities Begin.

That afternoon we went over to Chris and Libby's house where the rest of our family was and hung out the rest of the day. Here are a few pictures from the day.

Mikayla, Fletcher, and Taylor having fun!!

Fletcher pulling Elijah in his new wagon Santa gave him for Christmas.

Look at the boys burning off all that energy.

Seems as if Eli had Fletchie pulling him alot that day. You can see Uncle John leading the pack ahead and Uncle Chris is behind with our little guys taking these pictures.

Here is a picture of Gammie!!

The boys in front of the tree. Elijah is CHEESING!!

Eli having Fun

Elijah hanging out with his best buddy Fletcher . . . or as he likes to call him Fletchie!!

Daddy and Uncle Chris decided to take the boys to Hooters for some wings. Instead of smiling at the camera Eli decided to take the shy approach and work on zipping his coat:-)

This was supposed to be my Birthday cake but you see who is blowing out my candles:-)!!
Yes, I turned 30 yet again this year!! Seriously, I had a great birthday and celebrated by going to a play called the Miracle of Christmas at the Sight and Sound Theatre in Lancaster, PA - what an awesome experience!

Look how our little guy has grown. Elijah is my little love bug that's for sure!!! He has such a sweet disposition about him one that I pray he always keeps!
Now lets hope he keeps this up when the baby gets here. So far he enjoys telling everyone . . . Mommy has a baby in her belly! Then he goes on to say . . . I'm a Big Boy!
