All aboard the Choo Choo Train . . .

We have been reading alot books about Thomas so we took a trip to Burke Lake Park to ride the Choo Choo Train. When Elijah saw the train it was priceless! He was too excited to ride the train through the scenic park. We were blessed with a great day!

Afterwards we had fun at the playground.

Fun on the Farm . . .

The weather was nice so we went to a farm in Bluemont for a fun day indeed! We took the scenic route and what an awesome drive filled with beautiful country estates . . . Breathtaking is the only word to describe the amazing properties.

Look at that devilish smile . . . and a little devil our little guy can be at times. We just thank GOD that for the most part he does have on his angel wings although at times they need to be straightened:-)

What a work out going up these steep steps then down a huge tunnel of fun. I'm glad I had camera duty . . . something about that tunnel seemed a tad scary. John and Elijah had so much FUN!

We went on a hayride and viewed the entire farm. How awesome. As you all know, I'm from the country and I love being out in the great outdoors. So, what a Blessing!

The things we do for our children! Elijah ran over and picked out his cow and turned to John and pointed to the one in back of him and said . . . SIT . . SIT!!! Sounds like what I tell him . . . Elijah SIT . . . SIT!!!

The end of an awesome day . . . feeding the baby chicks with a wave goodbye and a promise we would return soon!

Fun in the Sun

Out for a day of fun in the Sun. Finally the weather has turned warm and we went out to ENJOY the day!

Isn't life great sitting in the back seat watching his favorite The Little Einstein's with his cool shades on. I looked in the back seat and had to laugh. Elijah has turned into such a little boy with such delightful personality.

Did someone say Potty??

Did someone mention the potty!?! These days Elijah has become fascinated with all things bathroom related. He sits with us while we do our business in the bathroom and tells us - Mommy/Day (what he calls John) go Potty! He also is in the habit of announcing when he passes gas. The other day he announced to the family standing in the check out line behind us with a sheepish smile and a little hand to back of his pants . . . I POOTED! They roared with laughter while I quickly got my packages and left.

Hmm . . . Reading the NFL Draft!

John swears Elijah picked out this shirt . . . Yeah Right:-) We were out this past weekend and got alot of chuckles out of this one. Elijah is indeed our little curly head Supastar!!!

Elijah insists on brushing his teeth in the shower. He sees us showering and brushing our teeth. So in an effort to imitate us he will go in the shower fully clothed (gets his socks wet:-) and brushes his teeth. Got to love Children - too Cute!
